Disappointed DC United Season Ticket Holders: Take the Pledge

It  appears to many long-time DC United season ticket holders that  Jason Levien is content to reap whatever profits he can from the  various revenue streams associated with  the  valuable real estate that fervent DC United fans helped him secure, while not investing in the players that  are needed to win in the  contemporary Major League Soccer environment.

We want him to sell the team to someone who cares.

Many of us, therefore, are dropping our season tickets, and we urge others to take the pledge:

Until the  team is sold,

        1) we will not renew season tickets

        2)  we will not buy single game tickets

        3)  for the  balance of the season, we will not purchase anything at the stadium including beer, food, or any product from the team store

        4) we will not promote DC United or take any job with the organization

        5) We will not attend any other event at the stadium (except Spirit games)

Please take the pledge

  1. I have held at least three season tickets since 1996. Sad to see it end this way
