Jason Levien's Presentation to Season Ticket Members

On the evening of Thursday, September 11, Levien spoke to a gathering of season ticket holders at Audi Field.  His presentation  negated the assumption in my opening post that this is just  a real estate deal for him.  His engagement in the soccer side of the business was apparent:  he regaled the entire group, and a smaller group that chatted with him after his Q&A was over, with many interesting details, making clear  his personal involvement in many of the team's moves over the past few years, good and bad.    It  was clear from chatting with other fans at this  gathering (confirming communications I have  had privately with  many  fans) that there is widespread dissatisfaction with  team management, and that many long-time STMs are not planning to renew this year.  Not  taking the pledge, but following it.  One fan told me, though, that he is not quite ready to go.  I certainly...
